Ingredients for Jaggery Tea:
1¾ Cups of water
1½ tsp tea powder
1/2 inch ginger
1 small cube of Jaggery (according to taste)
1/2 cup of milk
1½ tsp tea powder
1/2 inch ginger

How to make:
1. Heat the specified water in a deep pan and then add crushed ginger and Jaggery into it.
2. In a separate pan boil the milk. You may also boil the milk in a microwave.
3. Once the water starts boiling, add the tea powder into the water and let it boil for 2 minutes. After the tea mixture is completely boiled strain the tea into cups.
4. Now add the boiled milk into the individual cups and stir properly.
5. Serve the tea hot with some crackers and enjoy it in these chilled winters.
Notes:
1. It is important to boil the milk separately and not with the tea mixture, else the tea will curdle.
2. You can adjust the quantity of Jaggery according to the amount of sweetness you want.
